2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.

  • Issues caused by the customer's own system, network, or incorrect usage.
  • Subscription-based products where the plan has already been partially or fully used.

3. Replacement Policy

Before processing a refund, we always attempt to resolve the issue by providing:

  • A replacement key or new credentials
  • Technical support to assist with installation or activation
  • An alternative product of equal value (if agreed upon by the customer)

If we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement, a full or partial refund will be processed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order ID and registered email address.
  3. Describe the issue in detail and include any relevant screenshots or error messages.

5. Refund Processing Time

6. Partial Refunds

  • The product was partially usable but not fully functional as described.

7. Chargebacks
