Privacy Policy

OTT24x7 respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it. We collect only what a login, an order, or a support request needs.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you sign in and what you buy, we store:

  • One identity: a Telegram account ID, a WhatsApp number, or an email address.
  • The delivery contact for that order: email or WhatsApp, not a separate marketing profile.
  • Your cart, orders, and wallet balance.
  • A payment reference used to match the payment, such as a UTR or a transaction hash. We do not store card numbers.
  • For Google Play Billing, the purchase token and, when that path is used, the Play transaction token, product, amount, tax amount, and selected Indian state, so the wallet can be credited and the transaction reported to Google Play.

A product request also asks for the product name, your name, and a WhatsApp number. The activation form asks for the order ID, the product title, and one email or phone. We do not ask for a date of birth, a government ID, or a street address.

2. How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, deliver the order, provide support, send a message about that order, remind you before a plan you bought expires, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

3. Age

The store is for people 18 or older. Checkout, login, product requests, and the activation form ask you to confirm that. We do not knowingly collect a child’s information. If you believe we have, contact us and use account deletion.

4. Cookies and optional tools

Essential cookies keep the session and the cart. Optional Google Fonts, motion, and the AI chat load only after you accept them. The list is on the cookie policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only where required to fulfill an order (for example the payment app you chose) or where the law requires it.

6. Emails you can stop

Reminder emails include an unsubscribe link. That link stops reminders to that address. A message about an order you placed can still be sent. The link is signed for that address. It does not create a marketing list.

7. Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the app or at the account deletion page. This removes your profile, login details, cart, wallet balance, delivery contacts, and delivered credentials. Minimum order and payment records needed for accounting, verification, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations may remain without an account link. Where Indian GST record-keeping rules apply, relevant business records are retained for at least 72 months from the due date of the annual return for that year; pending proceedings may require longer retention. Other personal data is deleted when the deletion request is completed.

8. Google account data (Gmail)

OTT24x7 operates an online store. To verify customer payments automatically, the store owner may connect a Google account through Google OAuth. With the owner's explicit consent, the application uses read-only access to that inbox (the Gmail API gmail.readonly scope) for the sole purpose of reading incoming payment-confirmation emails (e.g. bank/UPI, PayPal or USDT alerts) and matching them to pending orders so delivery can be automated.

We access only messages needed to confirm a payment. We do not read unrelated email, and we store only a short transaction reference for each verified payment (to prevent double-crediting) β€” never full email content. This data is not sold, not shared, and not used for advertising or any purpose other than order verification. The connected account can be disconnected at any time from the admin panel, and its access token can be revoked at Google Account permissions.

Limited Use disclosure. OTT24x7's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
