OTT24x7 respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

To process orders we may store your Telegram ID and username, order history, and wallet balance. We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled by your chosen provider (UPI app, Binance, PayPal).

2. How We Use It

Your information is used solely to deliver orders, provide support, and prevent fraud.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only where required to fulfill an order or by law.

4. Data Retention

Order records are retained for support and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your data via @smm24x7_admin.

5. Google Account Data (Gmail)

OTT24x7 operates an online store. To verify customer payments automatically, the store owner may connect a Google account through Google OAuth. With the owner's explicit consent, the application uses read-only access to that inbox (the Gmail API gmail.readonly scope) for the sole purpose of reading incoming payment-confirmation emails (e.g. bank/UPI, PayPal or USDT alerts) and matching them to pending orders so delivery can be automated.

We access only messages needed to confirm a payment. We do not read unrelated email, and we store only a short transaction reference for each verified payment (to prevent double-crediting) — never full email content. This data is not sold, not shared, and not used for advertising or any purpose other than order verification. The connected account can be disconnected at any time from the admin panel, and its access token can be revoked at Google Account permissions.

Limited Use disclosure. OTT24x7's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
