You can request deletion in the app or on this page. Sign in with the email address or WhatsApp number linked to your account, then type DELETE and submit the confirmation form. If you are not signed in, use the button below; after sign-in you will return here.
Data deleted
After we verify the request, we remove your account profile and sign-in details, profile photo, saved cart, wallet balance, delivery contact details, delivered credentials, and other account-linked personal data that does not need to be kept for a legal or financial record. Your wallet balance and access to delivered products are permanently lost.
Records retained
We may retain the minimum order and payment records needed for accounting, payment verification, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. These records are detached from your account and do not include your login details, delivery contacts, or delivered credentials. Where Indian GST record-keeping rules apply, relevant business records are retained for at least 72 months from the due date of the annual return for that year; records involved in a pending appeal, proceeding, or investigation may be retained longer as the law requires. Other personal data is deleted when the deletion request is completed.
