What do I need to send login codes?

A WordPress site, the SMS OTP Login plugin, and an Android phone with the free SMS OTP Gateway app plus one or more active SIMs. Setup guide: https://pgplugin.watshop.in/download/sol-plugin

Will Play Protect block the app?

The Android app is distributed outside Google Play. Follow its install guide for the one-time setup, or contact Watshop Automation if you need help.

Which phones and SIMs work?

Use an Android phone supported by the SMS OTP Gateway app with an active SIM that can send SMS. Pair several phones or dual-SIM devices; the plugin rotates among available SIMs, with an 80 SMS per SIM daily default cap.

What happens if a phone or SIM is offline?

The plugin tries the next available SIM once when sending fails. If no paired SIM is available, the customer can use the site's password login.

Are OTP codes safe, and what does the app read?

Codes expire after five minutes, work once, are stored hashed, and allow up to five tries. The Android app only sends codes; it never reads messages on the phone.

Can customers autofill the code?

The login form supports Android and Chrome one-time-code autofill (WebOTP) where the browser and device allow it.

Do administrators also log in by OTP?

Administrator and editor accounts still need their password. SMS OTP Login is for customer sign-in.

What is the refund and renewal policy?

Refunds follow the product listing and the store's refund policy. Each license is valid for one year; renew before expiry to keep updates and support active.
