What do I need to get started?
A WooCommerce store, an Android 8+ phone that receives your bank's credit SMS, the free SMS Relay app, and an active license. The setup guide walks through pairing: https://pgplugin.watshop.in
What if Play Protect blocks the app?
The Android app is distributed outside Google Play. The guide explains the one-time ADB install, or you can ask Watshop Automation for setup help.
What happens if the phone goes offline?
Bank SMS auto-matching pauses while the paired phone is offline. The payment still lands in your bank; reconnect the phone to relay pending credits. Gmail API or IMAP verification can provide another matching route.
Can the same UTR pay two orders?
No. A UTR can only be matched once. If two customers pay the same amount, the plugin flags the credit for manual review instead of guessing.
What data does SMS Relay read?
The app forwards bank credit SMS for payment matching. It does not forward OTPs or other personal messages.
Can I use USDT or email verification?
Yes. The plugin can verify USDT on BEP20 using BscScan or Binance deposit email, and can check Gmail API or IMAP messages.
What is the refund and renewal policy?
Refunds follow the policy on the product listing and the store's refund policy. Each license is valid for one year; renew before expiry to keep updates and support active.
