Onboarding
Four steps. Nothing goes live until the shop approves the account, and then each price.

Log in
A website account is required. The request is saved on that login.

Request an account
Account name, the store or website where you sell, selling experience, and the items you plan to sell. Payout UPI is optional. The name stays private.

Wait for approval
Products, orders, and withdrawals stay closed until Admin approves the account. A pending account cannot list.

Send a price
Add a product the shop does not already sell. A new price stays hidden until an admin approves it.
How a sale works
The customer pays the shop. You fulfill the order. The shop pays you later, after the hold.

The customer pays the shop
Wallet, UPI, or USDT. Checkout does not split the money to your account. A UPI proof stays hidden until the shop confirms it.

You deliver one code
Open the order and paste the delivery text. The shop sends that text to the buyer. Quantity stays 1.

The fee comes off the price
The default platform fee is 25%. An admin can set a different fee from 0 to 90 for your account. Your share is the price minus that fee.

The share waits 7 days
It stays on hold after the sale is charged. It is not paid on the order itself. After the hold it can be withdrawn.

You request a withdrawal
Minimum βΉ5000, and only after your ID proof is approved. The shop sends the money to the saved UPI and then marks the request paid. There is no automatic payout.
Delivery
Delivery is a text message on the order. You do not ship a parcel, and you do not see who bought it.
One code, or one message, for each paid order.
The customer name, email, and phone stay hidden.
A problem is written to the shop. On the order you see Customer, You, and Shop.
A reply cannot include a phone number, an email, or another contact line.
Payment
You are paid from the vendor wallet, not from the customerβs checkout.
Wallet payment is taken once. UPI and USDT are confirmed by the shop.
Submit your ID proof when you request a payment withdrawal.
A refund can be full or partial. The money returns to the customer wallet, and your share is reduced by the same portion.
The settlement statement is a shop record. It is not a government e-invoice. GST 18% is shown inside the platform fee only when both GSTIN numbers are set.
Vendor terms
These are the rules the desk already enforces.
Customers never see your account name, your store, or your planned items.
You cannot list a product the shop already sells. The form names that product and blocks the save.
Listing opens only after the account is approved. A pending account cannot add a product.
Changing the price of a live offer sends it back for approval. Pausing and listing again work only after that approval.
A closed account cannot add products or withdraw. Orders that were already paid can still be delivered or refunded.
Email and WhatsApp are both required. Order alerts go to both. If WhatsApp is missing, we email you to add it. Listing, delivery, and withdrawals stay closed until both are saved.
The desk is Overview, Products, Orders, Wallet, and Account. Wallet holds the withdrawal and the ID proof. Account holds the store, experience, planned items, UPI, GSTIN, email, and WhatsApp.
